What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. When you write to us we keep that correspondence. When you browse, our host records standard server logs.

Your bag is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears it.

What we do with it

We use your details to fulfil and deliver your order, to answer your questions, and — only if you have asked for it — to send you occasional updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the couriers and payment processors who need it to complete your order.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in it. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@roohbyruchika.com. We will respond within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep for tax purposes are the one exception.
